đ Confidentiality & Duty of Care All contact and communication between us will be stored securely and accessed only by myself. I take your privacy seriously, and everything shared in therapy is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
However, there are rare circumstances where confidentiality may need to be brokenâspecifically, if there is an imminent risk to your safety or the safety of others. In such cases, I have a legal and ethical duty of care to inform your next of kin or relevant health professionals. This is never done lightly and is purely to ensure your safety and well-being.
